We all know feet come in all shapes and sizes and sometimes shoes just don't work out for you. We're so confident that most people love our shoes that we've put together a super generous returns policy to make sure you're covered...
All returns and exchanges are free of charge, no questions asked within 90 days.
Our Returns Policy
Something not quite right with your WearerTech's? Don't worry, our returns or exchanges are free of charge, as long as they're posted back within 90 days of purchasing.
The returns form must contain the order number and date otherwise we can't process (more on this below) and we prefer it if you do send it back in the original shoe box because if they're in resellable condition, it's much better for the planet to keep the same box.
How it works
Here's how to make it all happen...
Step 1: Download/Print the returns form and FREE shipping label
You'll need to download and print the returns form and FREE shipping label, you can do this here >
Step 2: Fill out the returns form and separate the FREE shipping label
The order number can be found on your email confirmation or the paperwork with the shoes, this is usually a three digit order number however there will also be a six digit number on the paperwork - either is fine for this :)
- Exchange - you'll need to fill in the details around the product you purchased and then put a tick in the 'exchange' column and then to the right, what you want the new replacement to be .
- Refund - if you want a refund, you'll need to fill in all the product details and then tick in the 'refund' column.
Step 3: Package and post your return
You'll need to pop the returns form in with the shoes and then package them up in the original shoe box, and stick the FREE shipping label to the outside of the box.
Pop into your local post office and hand them the parcel, and don't forget to get proof of postage in case anything goes wrong on the journey back to us.
Step 4: Sit back and wait for your shoes or your refund :)
Your return usually gets processed within a week so you should receive your shoes or refund within 1.5 - 2 weeks. Thanks for your patience :)
Had your shoes for over 90 days?
Our 12 Month Warranty
If you've had your shoes for less than 12 months, but they are faulty, we'll refund you in full or send you a free replacement.
Purchase additional insoles
Sometimes, the insoles that come with our CustomPro range can wear out quicker than the shoe, you can buy the insoles below.
Send them back for recycling
If your shoes have come to the end of their life, you can send them back to us for recycling, click below to find out how.
