We take great pride in the quality of our WearerTech products, which is why we offer a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

If you experience a breakdown due to a manufacturing defect within the first year of purchase, we will gladly provide a replacement or credit at our discretion. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, negligence, or incorrect washing. Thank you for choosing WearerTech!

What is covered with the guarantee?

Faulty construction covers common footwear faults such as:

  • Sole splits
  • Rubber outsole coming away
  • Upper coming away from sole
  • Cracks in upper
  • Upper patterns layers coming away

Is general wear and tear included?

General wear and tear is not included, however WearerTechs are known for their durability. 

We’ve put our shoes to the test (SATRA TM362 to be precise) and our tread has been proven to last 50% longer than other leading safety footwear brands.
